EZ PULL/EZ READ WIRING HARNESSES FOR VOICE, DATA, POWER, CONTROLS AND INSTRUMENTATION

Any type wire or cable in any insulation, size, length, number of conductors or configuration. Each conductor printed with any combination of numbers and/or letters repeated every 1/2 inch along its' entire length.

Important product information

• Wires are bound together by cross tape with easy to remove tabs or continuous spiral lacing. We strongly suggest our cross tape method.
  Only one electrician located at the reel being pulled needed to remove tabs, soap wire and monitor reel during the pull.
  Removing cross tape tabs reduces friction and allows separated wires to be pulled easier and faster plus no snagging and balling up of tabs or lacing occurs. Also separated wires in the conduit allow conductors to be added or pulled out later without removing the harness and cause less heat build up.
  
  

  Continuous spiral lacing available upon request. However we strongly advise against it.

• Wires run straight or parallel to each other - not bound together in a twisted
  configuration to allow for easier pulling plus fast breakouts and terminations. Also eliminates costly time wasted straightening out the conductors when terminating at each end.
  
• Each wire up thru 0.90" dia. UV printed with excellent adhesion and clarity. Any combination of numbers and / or letters, and symbols up thru 256 characters including spaces repeated every 1/2" along each conductor's entire length for complete and positive identification. Common neutrals and grounds can be printed for complete identification. Water based lubes must be used to prevent printing from being erased.
  Note - Teflon, Haylar, Kynar or other non printable jackets are tagged - not printed. Customer must specify location and number of tags at each end of harness.
  
• Insulation types and wire sizes can be combined.
  
• Customer is responsible for ensuring the assembly and installation complies with the Local and US and Canadian National Electrical Codes plus the specifying engineers and owners' requirements.
