Custom made in any shape for any combination of conduit sizes and spacing per customer's specifications. Available in 3/8, 1/2, 5/8 and 3/4 inch thick material.

• Tensile strength at yield is 4,000 psi for white un-recycled virgin material.
• One piece construction eliminates individual pieces to order, stock, and attempt to match up or oftentimes misplace or lose.
• Trench can be opened and closed faster.
• Electricians and iron workers are not in trench at same time.
• Openings for various sizes of conduit are available in same template plus holes are 1 inch wider than the conduit to easily slide bell end thru the opening, allow concrete flow around conduits and line them up in the trench. If larger openings or additional holes for concrete flow thru are desired customer must specify.
• If rebar holes are desired specify size and location.
• Stake down holes provided on bottom to prevent floating during concrete pour.

Recently a contractor installed over 400 feet of 4 inch schedule 40 PVC conduit per only one man hour AND NO WORKERS WERE IN THE TRENCH except for only two at each manhole. In addition to doing a much safer job at the tremendous installation speed achieved he was also able to dig a narrower much less expensive excavation.
