PREFABRICATED ASSEMBLIES FOR REPETITIVE APPLICATIONS
Any manufacturers Brand, Type, and configuration of UL Listed components

Save time and money bidding plus greatly reduce installation costs on small everyday jobs and large projects throughout the year. Save more than 5 minutes installation time per outlet and eliminate costly excess material.

Just select from commonly needed assemblies by item and catalog number shown below and following pages then submit a bill of material showing quantities required for each assembly. We'll quote an extremely competitive price immediately. If other configurations are required a detailed drawing showing the wiring schematic and all other specifications must be supplied by customer.

Same unit works for both EMT and Rigid Conduit (hard pipe)

For Hard Pipe

  1. Drop mud ring with device attached or device only that's attached and tucked toward the back of the assembly a few inches below box.
  2. Run conduit and feed wires to box.
  3. Strip wires and attach to WAGO quick connectors or wire nuts on device leads.
  4. Reattach mud ring and device to box.

Or for MC Cable and Flexible Conduit Whip Jobs

  1. Remove box KO at proper location.
  2. Fish device leads with WAGO quick connect or live spring wire nuts attached thru opened KOs.
  3. Connect whip to device leads and fish wires back into box thru open KO until whip is firmly attached to box with a snap in connector attached to whip.
